Location, location – Situated by the quaint village of Binibeca Vell.
3 minutes to the sea with ladders to get in and out!

Reasturants & supermarkets all within a 5 minute walking distance.

Binipe is in the prime position of Binibeca Vell, just a few minutes walk from the much loved fishing village where you can sip coffee on the terraces and watch the world go by. Why not wander into the tasteful gift shops, or dine alfresco at the numerous restaurants that line the quaint, white-washed streets. Binipe also has the advantage of being only a fifteen minute walk from the sandy bay of Binibeca Nou, all in all the perfect situation for an enjoyable family holiday.

The villa is semi detached, compact, light and airy with air con in all bedrooms.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, two with twins and 2 bath/shower rooms with W.C's
Spacious terrace with seating for 6, perfect for dinner on a hot night, this leads down to the inviting private pool.

Binipe is situated in Binibeca Vell close to the village with all the cafes & restaurants where you can sip coffee (or wine) and watch the world go by
The whole village has been carefully designed to recreate a traditional Mediterranean style fishing village, which in recent years has lead to a number of awards for both its architectural and design features. The most striking and memorable features of the village are undoubtedly its narrow cobbled streets which lead down to a small picturesque harbour, along with the enigmatic church steeple standing proudly above the rows of low rise apartments.
Swimming Platform
3 Minute walk to the sparkling sea where you can jump straight in, with swimming platforms and ladders to help you get out!
There is also another platform area 10 minutes walk from the villa.
Beach - 10 Minutes walk to Binibeca Playa or why not hop on the fun coast train.
Binibeca Playa (playa is Spanish for beach) is on the south coast of the island and has fine golden sand shelving gently to the sea and is therefore both safe and popular with children.
Binibeca Playa is home to the famous ‘Buccaneros’ beach bar and restaurant where you can sit with your feet in the sea while you sip a cooling drink.
(Unfortunately the beach bar was closed for 2023, we hope it will reopen for 2024)
Facilities for diving are all available at the small marina slipway at Torret, next to Binibeca Playa (availability of watersports may vary).
Splash Sur Menorca, a wonderful water park is a short drive from Binipe, or take the land train, a great day out for all ages!
Airport Transfers to Binibeca are just 15/20 minutes by car. Taxis are readily available at the airport as are car hire companies.

£200 deposit to secure your dates.
50% of the remainder balance is due 6 months before travel,
50% remainder due 1 month before check-in.

The £200 deposit to hold your dates is non-refundable so please only ask to reserve your dates if you intend to honour your booking.
